All Staff/Exhibitors/Attendees of the Expo will be required to register for the event before being granted access to the venue. Entry is free and visitors are encouraged to pre-register online via the website prior to coming to the venue. A unique QR code will be generated once registration has been completed. This QR code can be scanned upon entrance to the venue on the day of the event.
COVID Safe measures:
You will be unable to enter the Expo if you have symptoms conducive with COVID-19 (e.g., fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or headache). If you have or believe you may have COVID-19, you must not enter the venue.
- Promotion and encouragement of 1.5m physical distancing where possible, particularly in high traffic areas.
- Hand sanitisation stations and hand washing stations will be available throughout the event and will be easily identifiable by signage. Patrons are encouraged to regularly wash and/or sanitise their hands during their visit to the Expo.
- Single point entry and exit in place where venues permit single entry and exit point.
- Regular Expo announcements will be conducted over the PA system to remind all attendees at the event to ensure hygiene considerations are observed and one-way aisle traffic flows are maintained.
General Conditions of Entry:
ImpactInstitute or Venue Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the Expo for (including but not limited to) vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to follow safety instructions, or in the sole adjudication of ImpactInstitute or Venue Staff any person who exhibits anti-social behaviour or fails to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Any form of hawking or solicitation in or around the venue (including but not limited to) from organisations who are not exhibiting at the Expo is strictly forbidden. ImpactInstitute or Venue Management reserves the rights to refuse entry or remove guests from the Expo should hawking be observed.
ImpactInstitute or Venue Management reserves the right to prohibit the use of cameras, audio and video recorders.
Persons entering the Expo do so at their own risk. ImpactInstitute nor the Venue accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to any person or thing. It is the responsibility of the person to take due care of themselves and others while attending the Expo.
Persons entering the Expo waive all rights in relation to any photograph, image, or likeness of them produced whilst attending the Expo. ImpactInstitute retains all rights in all images it produces.
Scooters (except mobility scooters), skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, hoverboards, segways, or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
The Expo is a smoke-free event and alcohol or drugs of any type are not permitted to be brought onto the premises.
Guide dogs, therapy dogs, and disability support dogs are permitted.
Entry to the Expo acknowledges full acceptance of all Conditions of Entry, Ticket Terms & Conditions, and Privacy policy, which can be found on our website at impactinstitute.com.au/sponsors-exhibitors. Access to the Expo will only be permitted once a person/s has either registered their details at the event or had their ticket QR code scanned.
